Front office staff some what too straight in explaining hotel policy, she forget the courtesy and Javanese smile

The staff was amazing. Literally did not open my own car door once. The staff was on top of the service!

I wish they had a larger room service menu.

I have been stayed in here for 4 or 5 times and I think I will stay here again in next vacation. I love the location so much. It’s at a quiet street, just next to the lively Prawirotaman street where you can find whatever you like or need. The breakfast is very good.

The shower could be improved.

For a start, I must mention the staff that was very courteous and responsive from the booking stage months before, and their assistance and smiles in the hotel itself. The rooms were really nice and so was the pool. A great plus was the filtered water jug in the hallway which you could use to refill your personal bottles. Breakfast was fantastic with a vast variety of food, including eggs made to your liking and pancakes. We prearranged a hotel pickup from the airport, and a driver to visit Borobudur and Prambanan. We really enjoyed the stay here.

This has nothing to do with the hotel!We found it difficult to walk around the hotel area and Yogyakarta in general due to the lack of sidewalks...

There is no lift in some building.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The staffs were attentive and service was very good.

Our room needed maintenance. It was too old and the furniture were worn out. The bathroom was dated and our basin tap was broken.

Quiet and near keraton

Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts with lots of variety. Well shielded from general street noise. Also enjoyed our spa visits.

Proximity to many mosques that woke us up at 3:30 am every night. Also, the lighting was insufficient, especially in the bathroom and we ran out of hot water frequently.

Quiet, clean, beautiful decor, excellent service staff, fantastic breakfast buffet, wonderful massage at the spa, adequate toiletries. Front desk loaned us two transformers so we could charge our devices. Convenient location for walking to restaurants, shops and laundry

Awesome stay! The staff are very friendly and professional, which made us feel welcome from the start. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of choices for different tastes and cuisines. Our room was really comfortable, with cozy beds, a nice balcony to relax on, and a spacious bathroom. We also enjoyed the pool a lot — it’s clean and perfect for unwinding. The bar is open until 10 pm and offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, which was super convenient. The location is great too, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and ATMs. We’d definitely stay here again!

Rooms on the ground floor are extremely noisy. Staff frequently leave the hall door open, and as a result, guests can clearly hear loud conversations from both customers in the hall and the staff themselves. This makes it very difficult to relax or sleep.Pool walls need to be cleaned.

The road toward hotel is a but narrow.
